10 Just Listed/Sold Reels Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to the "10 Just Listed/Sold Reels" service provided by [Level-Up Coaching Co LLC]. By subscribing to this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. One-Time Purchase Agreement

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before purchasing our "10 Just Listed/Sold Reels" service for a one-time charge of $297. This fee grants you access to 10 Just Listed/Sold Reels. The edited content will be delivered to you via Google Drive for your use.

2. Content Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your edited videos within 3 days of receiving all required content via a Zillow URL for an active property.  However, it is your responsibility to post the edited content on your preferred platform. We do not guarantee engagement or performance of the content once delivered.

3. Editing Deadline

All required content must be submitted via Zillow URL for a active property for editing as soon as possible. You have to deliver the active property URL 3 days before close. We will not accept or edit submitted after this deadline. It is essential to plan and provide your content in a timely manner to ensure timely delivery.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

You can cancel or refunds your "10 Just Listed/Sold Reels" at any time in the first 30 days of purchase.  After that, your purchase will be non-refundable. If you need to refund/cancel in the first 30 days, please do so by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]

5. Copyright and Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of the original content provided to us for editing. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to edit, use, and distribute the edited content for the sole purpose of providing the "10 Just Listed/Sold Reels" service.

6. Service Availability

We will make every effort to ensure the availability and quality of the "10 Just Listed/Sold Reels" service. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice.
