3 Custom Videos Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to the "3 Custom Videos" service provided by [Level-Up Coaching Co LLC]. By subscribing to this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. One-Time Purchase Agreement

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before purchasing our "Three Custom Videos" service for a one-time charge of $797. This fee grants you access to 3 Custom Videos: Review/Testimonial Video, Areas I/We Serve, Intro/Outro Video. The edited content will be delivered to you via Google Drive for your use.

2. Content Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your edited videos within 30 days of receiving all required content. However, it is your responsibility to post the edited content on your preferred platform. We do not guarantee engagement or performance of the content once delivered.

3. Editing Deadline

All required content must be submitted for editing within 6 months of purchase. We will not accept or edit submitted after this deadline. It is essential to plan and provide your content in a timely manner to ensure timely delivery.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

You can cancel or refunds your 3 Custom Videos at any time in the first 30 days of purchase.  After that, your purchase will be non-refundable. If you need to refund/cancel in the first 30 days, please do so by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]

5. Copyright and Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of the original content provided to us for editing. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to edit, use, and distribute the edited content for the sole purpose of providing the "3 Custom Video" service.

6. Service Availability

We will make every effort to ensure the availability and quality of the "3 Custom Videos" service. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice.

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy at www.levelupcoachingco.com to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not make any guarantees regarding the success, engagement, or impact of the edited content. The "3 Custom Videos" service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall [Level-Up Coaching Co LLC] be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the "3 Custom Videos" service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Sacramento County, California]. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Sacramento County, California].

By purchasing the "3 Custom Videos" service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase product.
